中国总部招聘专区|Opportunities for Domestic Talents:
  • 质量控制部专员
    岗位职责:

    1. 进行每年两次的幼儿园检查督导,根据第一次检查的结果,进行必要的监督性回访。
    2.
    在指定的区域进行总部、加盟幼儿园以及幼儿园员工之间的关系维护,以保证良好的合作关系,通过电话或现场对Kids ‘R’ Kids幼儿园提供技术支持;通过电话和邮件解决员工和家长的问题,对问题解决过程和结果进行记录和归档。
    3.
    对分管幼儿园的评估、监督和所有沟通情况进行记录和归档。
    4.
    在总部的培训项目中提供质量控制标准方面的培训。
    5.
    详细了解国家和地方相关法律、法规,以及所在地方申请幼儿园许可的相关规定和要求,为新的加盟商讲解幼儿园建设、许可申请等方面的细节。作为新建幼儿园筹建团队的核心成员或主要参与者,对新幼儿园进行首周支持培训。
    6.
    熟知Kids ‘R’ Kids质量控制指导手册里的各项标准,投入大约75%的时间在分管的幼儿园为管理人员和员工提供支持,根据Kids ‘R’ Kids总部的商业和运营系统对幼儿园进行支持和指导,提高其盈利水平。
    7.
    向质量控制部总监及时汇报分管区域幼儿园的情况,以及可能会影响品牌形象的特殊情况。
    8.
    完成由质量控制部总监或其它公司高管安排的其它工作。

  • 教育研发部专员
    岗位职责:

    1. 与美国总部的教育研发部保持沟通,进行Kids ‘R’ Kids课程体系的本地化以及本地课程的开发。课程包括各年龄段的幼儿园课程以及暑期的夏令营课程。

    2. 执行每年两次的幼儿园督导检查,根据第一次检查的结果,进行必要的跟踪回访,对所有检查、督导、信件沟通等相关文件进行整理和归档。
    3.
    对全国各地的加盟幼儿园和总部直营幼儿园提供教育支持,包括课堂示范、培训、项目评估及指导。为Kids ‘R’ Kids幼儿园的管理人员和教师提供职业发展的培训课程。
    4.
    协助进行新加盟幼儿园的筹建并提供培训。
    5.
    详细了解教育开发部员工手册中规定的行为准则,随时跟踪幼儿教育领域的最新动态。
    6.
    接听处理来电,并对跟进和处理结果进行记录。
    7.
    完成教育研发部总监或其它公司高管安排的其它工作。

Each Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy in China is an individual franchise and is responsible for on-site hiring. Job description are posted as follow:

  • ESL Teacher

    Responsibilities:

    1.  Learn and administer the appropriate curriculum for children in your care for both classroom and outdoor activities, in accordance with age appropriate objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.

    2.  Maintain daily communication with families of children in your care.

    3.  Maintain confidentiality with information shared by owner, administration, teachers, staff and families.

    4.  Report any suspected child abuse to owner or administrator. You are a mandated reporter.

    5.  Maintain all appropriate daily records.

    6.  Assess and record progress in all areas of growth for children in your care. This includes physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth.

    7.  Document incidents and accidents appropriately for the administrators’ approval.

    8.  Arrange the classroom environment in accordance to program goals. 

    9.  Meet all Quality Assurance and Education Best Practice Guidelines.

    10.  Stay current on and meet all licensing regulations.

    Qualifications:

    1.  Four-year degree in early childhood education or related area.

    2.  Speaking English as native language.

    3.  Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of infant/toddler/pre-school/school age children, typically gained by working two year or more in a school or preschool setting.

    4.  Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/school age children.

    5.  Good written and oral communications skills.

    6.  Infant, Child and Adult CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire or achieve certification within 30 days from date of hire.

    7.   Employment conditional upon results of the following:

    ·       Satisfactory criminal background check for child care centers

    ·       Satisfactory Drug Screen

    Report to: Lead Teacher/Curriculum Coordinator

  • Curriculum Director

    Responsibilities:

    1.   Use Kids ‘R’ Kids Marketing Manual as primary resource to build enrollment.

    2.   Be familiar with and utilize opportunities to market the center in the community.

    3.   Actively observe all programs in the center.

    4.   Handle and document any and all family concerns, follow-up with the concern as soon as possible.

    5.   Conduct family/teacher conference when necessary according to the needs of the child, the teacher and the family.

    6.   Interview, hire and manage staff.

    7.   Manage communication between school and families.

    8.   Supervise staff’s performance and use evaluation tool to motivate staff members.

    9.   Plan and conduct monthly staff meetings.

    10. Train staff and schedule necessary training.

    11. Know the procedure for releasing children; attend to sick or injured children.

    Qualifications:

    1.  Four-year degree in early childhood education or related area.

    2.  Miimum 3 years working experience.

    3.  Speaking English as native language.

    4.  Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of infant/toddler/pre-school/school age children, typically gained by working three years or more in a school or preschool setting.

    5.  Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/school age children.

    6.  Good written and oral communications skills.

    7.  Working experience in management positions.

    8.  Employment conditional upon results of the following:
